Policy
Check-in
- Standard check-in time is from 14:00 hrs.
- Early check-in is subject to room availability and additional charges may apply.
Check-out
- Standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs.
- Late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges may apply.
Extra Bed
- An extra bed is available at THB 550 per night, inclusive of breakfast for one person.
Additional Person / Unregistered Guest
- If a room is reserved for one guest but two guests arrive at check-in, an additional charge of THB 200 per person per room per night with breakfast will apply.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any unregistered overnight guest found in the room without prior notification to the hotel will incur a charge of THB 1,000 per person per room per night.
Child Policy
- Children aged 10 years and above are required to use an extra bed.
- Children under 10 years of age may stay without an extra bed and allow to share the bed with their parents. If breakfast is required, an additional charge of THB 200 per child per day applies.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. Reservations are non-refundable. However, the hotel may issue a hotel voucher valid for one month from the original arrival date for a future stay. Only one amendment is permitted.
Pet Policy
As a special welcome, every dog and cat receives a complimentary welcome gift upon check-in. For added convenience, a dog park is located directly in front of the hotel, providing a comfortable outdoor space for your pets to relax and exercise.
- Commonly, a maximum of two pets per guestroom is permitted, subject to applicable pet fees. For more than two pets, please contact hotel directly for details, fees and confirmation.
- Owners must ensure their pets are fully vaccinated annually and regularly treated for ticks and fleas.
- Guests are responsible for their pets' behavior and must ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
- Pets must remain on a leash in all public areas and owners are required to clean up after their pets at all times.
Non-Smoking Policy
Christella Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in guestrooms, balconies, the swimming pool area, fitness center, terrace, and dog park.
A designated smoking area is available on the First Floor, outside the building in the parking area opposite the reception.
A fine of THB 5,000 will be charged if smoking is detected inside the guestroom.
Durian Policy
- Durian is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises. A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 will be charged for any violation.
Accessibility
- Accessible parking spaces are available near the hotel entrance upon request. Wheelchairs and shower chairs are also available for guests with disabilities, subject to availability.
Key Card Deposit
- Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a refundable key card deposit of THB 500 as a guarantee. The full deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the key card is returned.
Passport or ID-Card
- In accordance with Thai law, hotel regulations and your safety, every guest is required to present a valid identification card or passport upon check-in. Failure to present a valid identification may result in refusal of check-in and refund will not be possible in any case.
